Description:

We are reputed Telecom Engineering Service Company having strong presence in the GCC region required Admin/ HR Coordinator for our Office in Dubai:
• Oversee and ensure that all Company licenses (commercial, TRA, Import) are in place and renewed on time.
• Properly coordinates with the Project Managers on manpower requirements; conducts initial interview and assists in selection of qualified candidates.
• Manage travel and stay arrangement for staff.
• Provides Company orientation to all new hires; serves employment contracts, and responds to queries from new employees in relation to employment.
• Responds to queries of employees on HR and administrative issues; escalates sensitive issues to Head Office for proper action.
• Ensures the availability of a fleet of cars necessary in the transport of employees to job sites and of visitors to official destinations.
• Ascertains the distribution of work to subordinates to ensure smooth flow of operations for the Admin Department.
• Trains employees to perform at par in their assigned areas by leading by example, coaching, and counseling.
• Coordinate with accounts departments to transfer the employees’ salaries through WPS System.
• Attends to government reportorial requirements as may be necessary.
• Performs other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
• Adhere to all ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001 requirements as determined by the organization.

Knowledge Skills and Experience
• College graduate
• At least 3 years work exposure in administrative works in a supervisory role
• Good Arabic and English speaking & writing skills
• Knowledge of HR computerized systems
• Must be computer literate.
