Role & Responsibility
Tenancy contract preparation for Leasing of Residential Units, Villas & Commercial spaces
Offer support to all real estate related activities for multiple projects
Act as team coordinator among project real estate lead, accounting and other roles as needed to insure the orderly and timely flow of information and documents required for project success
Duties include reviewing and drafting contracts, agreements, lease and title reports
Opening & maintaining files
Monitoring the achievement of project activities on behalf of the project real estate lead
Accurately transcribing, recording key decisions & action items during meetings.
Developing & maintaining projects deliverables under the trend of the project real estate lead & gathering and recording data into database.
Duties include Preparation of EJARI (Dubai Municipality Registration) - Lease Management Solution
Handle assigned internal and external designated correspondence
Develop and maintain an efficient documentation and filing (electronic & hard process)
Tactfully manage sensitive matters and information regarding peculiar issues within the department
Assist to calculate rent margin on the basis on RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Agency, Dubai)
Providing assistance for Sub tenant services like Sub- lease renewal, Sub- lease payment for Warehouses & Labour camp accomadation
Identify & assess customer response and introduce services as per customer demand / needs
Providing documentation support to tenants with regards to DEWA, EMPOWER (District Cooling Services) & ETISALAT.
