Job Description:
Assist the Financial Process Management team/ other cross functional teams, to draft, enhance and implement policies, procedures and controls covering all financial areas
Maintains general ledger accounts by reconciling accounts receivable detail and control accounts;
Maintains financial records for company by analyzing balance sheets and general ledger accounts.
Reconciles bank accounts by gathering and balancing information.
Provides financial status information by preparing daily reports; completing other tasks.
Corrects errors by posting adjusting journal entries.
AR all invoices Issue and post; adjusting entries for amortizations prepaid; credit control analyzing and reconciling accounts receivable;
AP Maintains; payable ledgers post all invoices; adjusting entries for amortizations prepaid; analyzing and reconciling accounts payable
Maintains preparing fixed asset depreciation and accruals.
Coordinate the end of month closing process to ensure all corporate deadlines are met and information is presented in accordance with International Accounting Standards.
Secures financial information by completing backups; keeping information confidential.
Maintains accounting controls by following work flow cycle / policies, procedures; local financial legal requirements.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.
Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related specialization
Qualified/ Part Qualified in CA, CIMA or ACCA
ERP experience in SAGE ACCPAC & NETSUITE
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the management of financial systems and budgets, financial reporting, financial data analysis, and auditing.
