Manage a multinational team of accountants and interact with data creators in multiple countries across multiple time zones and business units
Responsible for ensuring reconciliations and financial statements are completed accurately and in a timely manner
Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies in all business units
Interacting with tax consultants and staff in multiple jurisdictions to ensure completion in an accurate and timely manner
Develop and maintain cash flow projections
Coordinate with business units to ensure the supply chain is efficient with respect to payments and document controls
Analyze and recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting information
Develop and implement processes across all accounting and finance-related activities
Conduct internal audits
Interact with external auditors to ensure compliance
Interact with ownership and convey information in a timely, accurate and professional manner
Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
MBA or ACCA would be an added advantage
Indians and Filipinos are encouraged to apply
3+ Years’ experience in accounting / finance
Quick Books knowledge is a must have
Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office Applications
Ability to interact with many nationalities over phone and electronic communications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
