I have 1 year U.A.E experience from trading company (RED BEACON GENERAL TRADING L.L.C (Dubai)as an accountant with cashier and I have 1 year Indian experience from construction company ( microline India pvt ltd ) as an accountant in the branch.
I have good working experience in Tally ERP9 and Microsoft excel.
Working Experience
Prepare Reports include Profit and Loss Statements, Balance Sheets and Debtors Reports.
Preparation of payroll on monthly basis.
Maintaining sales and purchase register.
Follow up with customers on payment.
Verifying the invoice from suppliers and preparing payments with their ageing.
Maintaining petty cash register and keep record of all supporting.
Handling Cash and Bank transactions.
Providing inflow & outflow cash status to management on day to day basis.
Handling and writing cheque.
Preparing stock reconciliation.
Preparation of vouchers for all the payments and receipt.
Preparing month end journals (Prepayments and Accruals).
Maintenance of the fixed asset register and depreciation journals.
Bank Reconciliation Statement and vendors’ records reconciliation.
Update all the transaction on daily basis in accounting system.
Maintaining proper file system.
Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
Performed general office duties and administrative tasks.
