A leading Security Integrator Company is looking for a General Accountant with below qualifications and core competencies:
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Preparation of Invoices for New Projects as soon as client’s PO is received
2. Updating the master file to record the invoices issued to clients as well as client’s SOA
3. All bank transactions including cheque deposits, cash withdrawals, document submission etc…
4. Verification and payment of vendor invoices on due dates either by cheque or Telegraphic Transfer
5. Entering all inventory transactions in the system (Goods Receipt Notes, Delivery Orders, Sales Return & other adjustments)
6. Computing and encoding inventory cost/landed cost for overseas purchases( freight, customs charges and other related costs)
7. Replenishing petty cash once all reimbursements receipt has been checked and verified
8. Daily monitoring of Cash Flow transactions
9. Preparation of Payroll and releasing the same to employees every month end via online banking after checking if there is any employee deductions
10. Arranging Health and Accident Insurance for company staff
11. Accurate booking of all accounting transactions in the accounting system
12. Preparation of monthly Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement and other reports the Finance Manager will require
13. Maintain proper filing of accounting documents
14. Other adhoc task the Finance Manager will require.
Qualifications:
1. ONLY THOSE CANDIDATES WHO CAN JOIN WITHIN 7 DAYS NEEDS TO APPLY FOR THIS POSITION
2. Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification
3. Minimum 3-4 years accounting experience up to finalization
4. Expertise in Microsoft Office especially in Microsoft Excel
5. Working knowledge in any accounting software, preferably Sage
6. Having a driving license is an advantage but not mandatory
7. Any nationality can apply
