I am a Professional Accountant (ACCA Member), Bachelor (BSc) in Applied Accounting and Finance from Oxford Brookes University (UK) and High School (O & A Levels) from Cambridge University (UK).
I have an accumulated experience of 4 years in the field of, Accounting, Audit and Finance with 2 years of experience as Audit and Accounts Associate in a Chartered Accountant Firm & 8 months experience as a Division Accountant in Al Raqeem Group (Dubai, UAE).
I have the exposure of working in computerized environment, encompassing the use of different packages such as Tally, Peachtree, Quickbooks, Sage 50 Accounts, Myob and Oracle ERP R 12 Financial (Basic Know how) and having ability to work under pressure.
As a result of my experience, I have gained expertise and competencies in the following areas:
Preparation of Financial reports as per IASs (International Accounting Standards), IFRSs (International Financial Reporting Standards), GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), and Accounting Framework & Corporate Reporting rules.
Preparation of Auditing & Assurance reports as per ISAs (International Standards on Auditing) and supervising external & Internal Audit engagements as per Corporate Governance rules.
