We are located in Al Nahda first tower which is 30 story tower with around 120 residential apartments. The tower is fully occupied including all the shops in the tower.
There is Tasheel office in opposite tower that is open from 07:30 till 21:00 making more customers visit this area. Tasheel is a government office facilitating labor visa approval and residence permit issuance for Dubai. The building has about 580 Emirates Airline Crew accommodations, most of the staff is European and they are the key customers for our business.
There are 3 more buildings next to our store with a capacity of approximately 100 plus offices but no grocery or supermarket stores nearby. There are also a few more residential towers with an average capacity of 100 plus flats in each but no good supermarket in the area.There is no 24 hours store in this whole area, making it a key opportunity for us to exploit the night customers with home delivery service.
