Duties and Responsibilities:
Overall in-charge of the store in terms of reporting and sales.
Providing / Assisting excellent service to customers, deal with customer complaints and other related issue.
Prepares daily / monthly report for Sales and Inventory.
Promotes new products.
Answering inquiries through email and phone calls.
Preparing quotation as per customer inquiry request.
